The services provided by WineInstincts are for the personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by WineInstincts. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of WineInstincts, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of the WineInstincts Website is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges.

4) WineInstincts cannot be held responsible for, and shall have no liability to you for any information or materials posted on the service by other members, including but not limited to, obscene, offensive, abusive, defamatory or illicit material.

5) We shall not be held liable for the accuracy, any loss or damage caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services or information.

6) WineInstincts includes links to other websites which we may not have reviewed and the content of which we have no control over and for which we therefore cannot be held responsible: clicking on links to any other website from this service is at your own risk.
